The Royal Oak Woman’s Club is joining the Halloween fun at the 2026 Downtown Royal Oak Spooktacular, and we need volunteers to help pass out candy!

Come enjoy an afternoon of costumes, community, and plenty of Halloween fun while helping ROWC connect with local families.
